Boning Knife 150mm - 6" RAN
The boning knife is a stiff-bladed knife ideal for deboning and trimming raw meats. Its sharp and narrow blade allows for precise cutting around bones, removing fat, and separating tendons.

Ran knives feature a VG10 stainless steel cutting core with an impressive hardness of HRC61 on the Rockwell scale. Each knife in this series boasts a 69-layer blade with a distinctive Damascus steel pattern, adorned with its Japanese name inscribed on the blade. The black Canvas-Micarta handle is secured with two stainless steel rivets. Crafted for durability and beauty, these knives offer long-lasting cutting performance.
